Tickets FAQ

The Box Office is open Tuesday-Thursday from 11AM-8PM, Fridays 12PM-6PM, Saturdays 12PM-4PM, Sundays 11AM-4PM. During weekends with scheduled performances, the Box Office is open with extended hours: Fridays and Saturdays 12PM-10PM and Sundays 11AM-5PM.

Tickets are also available online and via phone by calling (631) 218-2810. 

Tickets prices depend on which performance you attend. Main Stage Tickets prices start at $29 and will increase in price depending on the section, plus a a $5-per-ticket Facilities Fee. Prices are subject to change.

VIP tables can seat 2 to 5 guests and the prices range from $89 (2-person table) to $215 (5-person table), plus a $5-per-person Facilities Fee.

Yes. Everyone, regardless of age, must have a paid ticket and unfortunately there are no lap passes. Generally, Main Stage shows are only recommended for ages 4 and up. Please see specific show pages for additional age recommendations.

All ticket sales are final, and no refunds, exchanges, or credits are offered. At the time of your purchase, you can add-on ticket booking protection for $2 per ticket, which will upgrade your ticket to be refundable if cancelled 24 hours in advance.

If your tickets are lost, check your email for a link to your eTicket or simply come to the Box Office prior to the performance with valid photo identification to have your ticket reprinted.

Yes. Please call the Box Office at (631) 218-2810 and check with a Box Office associate to see if anything has been turned in.

Pictures and video recording are NOT permitted at any time during the performance.

Due to copyright laws and licensing regulations, we cannot distribute videos of our productions.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organization, no refund will be issued. Tickets for cancelled performances may be exchanged, based on availability, for a different performance within the same season.
