Noel S. Ruiz, the visionary founder of the CM Performing Arts Center, built a vibrant and supportive family within the CMPAC community. To honor his legacy, his family, including his parents, has established an annual scholarship in his name. This scholarship celebrates Noel’s passion for the arts and his dedication to nurturing talent within the community.  

The Noel S. Ruiz Scholarship is awarded to a student who demonstrates a commitment to furthering their education in the arts but may not have the financial means to attend classes. This need-based scholarship ensures that talented individuals who face financial barriers have the opportunity to grow and thrive within the supportive and inspiring environment that Noel worked so hard to create.   

Exclusively applicable to classes offered at the CM Performing Arts Center, the scholarship is open to all students planning to enroll in any CMPAC session. It serves as both a tribute to Noel’s enduring impact and a helping hand for aspiring artists to pursue their dreams, regardless of financial challenges.
