Through this program, we shine a spotlight on artists, performers, artisans, and authors, providing them with a space to share their work, connect with audiences, and inspire others.
LAPAA embraces a wide range of artistic mediums, from visual arts and live performances to handcrafted works and literary creations. Whether through gallery exhibitions, staged performances, artisan markets, book readings, or collaborative showcases, this initiative fosters a vibrant cultural exchange, supporting both emerging and established creatives.

Description of Collection:
This collection centers on wildlife, with a focus on threatened and endangered species.
Each piece explores not only the physical presence of the animal, but also its symbolic
weight and personal connection to the viewer. Many of us had a “favorite animal”
growing up—these works draw upon that early sense of wonder and familiarity. In this
body of work, animals become both subject and symbol, representing the urgent need
for conservation and reconnection to nature.
Through expressive line, layered texture, and color, I aim to capture more than likeness.
I am interested in spirit, energy, and emotion—the quiet intelligence in a gaze, the
tension in posture, and the vulnerability beneath strength. By elevating these animals
beyond documentation, I hope to create meaningful moments of connection between
viewer and subject.
